Funeral for Carl-Edvard 14 February

We finally have a date and time for the funeral service of Erik’s father Carl-Edvard Sturkell, who passed away on December 8, 2022. The funeral will take place February 14 in Katrineholm Church at 13:00. After the funeral, coffee and cake will be served in Blå rummet at Sultan in Katrineholm.

The photo above is from Margareta Ramstedt’s 90 years’ birthday in Eskilstuna, where Carl-Edvard gave a speech in her honour.

Carl-Edvard wrote a very nice text about his life for ‘Hembygdsföreningen’ in Katrineholm back in 2020. If you knew Carl-Edvard, you will enjoy reading this. It really captures who he was as a person. The text is in Swedish.
