Portrait in GU Journal

There has been a massive interest in Greenland in recent months, understandably. With my background in Greenland, both as a researcher and as a child living in Nuuk 1978 -1981, I’m more than happy to share my knowledge. Greenland is still like a second home to me and I try to go back at least once per year, mainly with research within the IKKA project. The latest addition to my Greenland media portfolio is an interview with the GU Journal, University of Gothenburg. Erik and I had a two hour long conversation with journalist Eva Lundgren and photographer Johan Wingborg about Greenland and Iceland, volcanoes and the ikaite columns of Ikka Fjord, sled dogs, and food specialities in the Thule district of NW Greenland, just to name a few of the topics :-).
